elda is a new food business in Norwich based out of the established Stoke Mill restaurant in Stoke Holy Cross. Stoke Mill was the former home of Colman's Mustard and the grain store that now hosts elda has had previous Michelin residents. elda follows this tradition and executes exceptional service.
